- Selection
We follow strict selection criteria before we accept a project. In case our management team estimates high potential, we may endorse the project. We have accepted projects in clean technology, real estate development and in a number of strong growth industries as well as venture projects.
- Investment file preparation
We study the market perspectives, we validate and challenge the business strategy and all financial projections that enter into the project documentation.
- Investor search
A dedicated project team is making the liaison with the appropriate financial partners. Investors are only contacted if the project enters in their investment scope and if they have propensity to be interested. We dispose of unique proprietary intelligence about the most prominent financial investors.
- Risk sharing
We share the risk by covering a part of the cost for the preparation of the investment file and investor follow up.
